People who have found new home states can enroll in programs in those home states. Every effort is made to make sure each of these beneficiaries is whole, that they have coverage somewhere.

We still have a long way to go.

People have been slow to come to the table across the board, throughout the state.

We need to make sure they understand it. Every month they fail to enroll (after May 15), they could be penalized.
